The San Francisco Human Rights Commission is hiring (2) 1822 Administrative Analyst (Grant Manager) to support the oversight and success of community-based grants that advance racial equity, justice, and opportunity. This journey-level position performs professional analytical work across the grant lifecyclefrom program and fiscal monitoring to policy compliance and grantee support. Under direction, the Grant Manager will work closely with senior staff to ensure grantee performance, drive measurable outcomes, and maintain integrity in grantmaking processes.
The two Grant Manager positions will oversee Arts & Grants or Health & Well-Being.
As a Grant Manager, you will be responsible for tracking the programmatic and fiscal performance of a grant portfolio. Youll monitor key indicators, conduct site visits and desk reviews, and collaborate with grantees to troubleshoot challenges. You will also support invoice review, policy communication, and reporting tasks that ensure HRCs grantmaking is compliant, equitable, and impactful.

If this becomes necessary, only those applicants whose qualifications most closely meet the needs of the Department will be invited to participate in the next stage of the selection process.
