Junior Developer Positions

We are looking for junior developers to join our IT team in connection with the intensive development of the organization, who already have solid foundations and want to program with AI. If you have not yet worked with AI - it is best to start :) (this will be necessary in recruitment and in work). After establishing cooperation, we can show you this and that, how you can wisely use AI in development.

Developers in our IT work with Cursor AI (cursor.com) - this IDE completely changes the programming paradigm. We can do in a few hours what it takes other developers several days. And this is also what we will expect from you.

Your tasks:

• participation in creating IT solutions from start to finish (in our IT is not "silo")
• development of web applications (new features, bugfixing, refactors)
• participation in designing the architecture of new solutions and developer infrastructure
• participation in code review and care for the quality of the created solutions
• constantly raising the standards of development processes
• close cooperation with the team (Devs, PMs/POs, QAs)
• care for high programming quality and high pace of delivered tasks (individually and as a team)
