Role Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Local Operations Manager / Administrative Lead to oversee daily operations across Austin and San Antonio. You’ll be the local heartbeat of our business—coordinating client communications, managing detailing crews, and ensuring FAA compliance and operational excellence. If you thrive under pressure, communicate clearly, and want to grow with a fast-scaling franchise, this role offers both challenge and upward potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and FBO/MRO partners.
• Coordinate job scheduling, crew assignments, and day-to-day field operations.
• Manage client estimates, invoices, and CRM records.
• Oversee quality control, inventory, and FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor technicians to maintain RealClean standards.
• Step into a detailing role occasionally during early months to learn operations firsthand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in Austin or San Antonio with strong local knowledge.
• 5+ years in operations, admin management, or luxury service.
• Aviation, automotive, or hospitality background preferred.
• Proven leadership, organization, and client-relations skills.
• Excellent communication, social awareness, and decision-making under pressure.

Training & Support
Comprehensive virtual and in-person training provided directly by the franchise owners, including hands-on sessions at RealClean’s Chicago headquarters to ensure full mastery of operational and FAA-compliance standards.

Career Growth
Clear path to advance into a Regional or General Manager role as RealClean expands across Central Texas.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$65,000 annually , based on experience.
