What We Offer: - Industry-Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hour, based on experience and certs
- $500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid in full after 90 days of successful employment

San Rafael Apartments 8456 San Rafael Place St. Louis, MO 63114314-219-5446 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Complete work orders efficiently and according to priority
- Turn apartments between resident occupancy (Make Ready)
- Paint and stain interiors and exteriors as needed
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Maintain property grounds and complete preventative maintenance
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
- Share 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team members
What You Bring to the Team: - At least 1 year of maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification preferred
- EPA and CPO Certifications strongly preferred
- Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Knowledge of plumbing, including sweating copper pipes
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
- Familiarity with both electric and gas water heaters
