Experienced Tax Professional

We are looking for an experienced Tax Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and able to multi-task in a broad range of tax areas, and committed to delivering high-quality service to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, businesses, non-profits, estates, and trusts
• Conduct thorough tax research to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies and year-round compliance
• Analyze financial records and statements for accurate tax reporting
• Use QuickBooks and other accounting tools to manage bookkeeping tasks when needed
• Communicate with clients in a professional, clear, and responsive manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience preparing business, non-profit, estate, and trust tax returns
• Strong knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code, tax regulations, and current tax law changes
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and tax preparation software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• EA, CPA, or significant tax preparation experience preferred

Work Schedule:

**Seasonal:** January -- April and August -- October

**Set your schedule to 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (Choose your day off and Sunday which is automatically off).** This schedule allows for a great work-life balance while maximizing impact during peak periods.
