**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a **Virtual Customer Service Representative** to deliver exceptional support to our customers via email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and skilled in providing high-quality service in a fast-paced remote environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
* Provide accurate product and service information.
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Previous customer service experience (remote experience a plus).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Proficiency with customer service software and CRM tools.
