Job Description

• Earn $19.75-$22.75/HR with Overtime after 40 hours - paid at 1.5x your rate
• Full-Time, $49,000-$65,000 annually depending on experience, OT, and bonuses
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 2 short Saturdays monthly (9 AM-12 PM)
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to safely move and load materials
• Pull slabs from orders and load/unload customer vehicles and containers
• Ensure product is properly secured and take all safety precautions operating heavy equipment
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-compliant
• Physically active position requiring frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 70 lbs

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle materials safely
• Ability to use smartphones/tablets for order management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must follow all safety-sensitive guidelines and company procedures
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
