Sr. Product Manager, AI Assisted Agent Experience

$173,000.00/yr - $242,500.00/yr

In This Role You Will

  • Adopt a CustomerFirst Mindset: Your approach will be deeply rooted in understanding and prioritizing the needs and expectations of the traveler, focusing on the endtoend customer experience to ensure that the tools agents use contribute to a seamless and positive journey for the traveler.
  • Strategic Partnership and Collaboration: You will shape product strategy by partnering closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding other product managers, scientists, experience designers, and engineersto leverage AI and integrate technologies that deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will work extensively with both internal stakeholders (customer service operations, engineering teams, other product managers) and external stakeholders (technology partners or vendors) to identify shortterm wins and longterm strategic product features that lead to excellent, accurate, complete, and successful customer service experiences.
  • Focus on Business Growth: By creating a firstclass customer service experience, you contribute to business growth through fostering customer loyalty and positive wordofmouth.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent professional experience (8+ years for a bachelors or 6+ years for a masters).
  • Proven experience managing AI products leveraging LLMs.
  • Created a comprehensive vision and defensible strategic product roadmap that maps target outcomes and KPIs to delivery milestones.
  • Set product metrics to align with the product vision and is accountable for team performance; can tell datadriven stories that influence product decisionmaking and prioritization.
  • Skilled in storytelling, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution, and driving organizational alignment and strategic product leadership through communication; can convincingly communicate and defend the narrative to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Ensured adoption and value delivery through collaboration with internal teams (Operations, Traveler Experiences, B2B); develops gotomarket and/or change strategies informed by a compelling value proposition for end users.
  • Participated in engineering and architecture design and review processes to enable the longterm product vision and ensure solutions that limit future tech debt.
  • Took ownership of managing complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing diverse interests to drive successful product outcomes on crossfunctional teams.
  • Demonstrated strong UX sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Expertise and/or experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
