Are you a Truck Driver without experience?


Have you recently graduated within the last 2 years from an 120 hour Academy and you have your Class A license but now no one will hire and train you. We may, see qualifications below.


Class A CDL Truck Driver at Entry Level

We have 22 open positions for inexperienced drivers, like yourself, which features great pay, great benefits and excellent equipment.

Several positions will be available after your OTR training. Such as divisional opportunities, such as dry van, reefer, tanker and flatbed.

We also offer CDL school tuition reimbursement available for those who paid out of pocket to go to school. Up to $1,000.
We also have paid College tuition for you and one family member. After partnering with SNHU and are pleased to offer our drivers and one of their immediate family FREE tuition for online college classes.

We offer a comprehensive benefit package for you and for your family. It starts 30 days after you're hired.

This is our hiring process, as well as the job details:

• After we receive your application, we will contact you and conduct a short phone interview to pre-qualify you.
• Once we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward with the application process.
• After this, we will help you fill out part 1 of our online application. We will email you a link to complete the second part on your own.
• The application will be reviewed by an Admin processor. You will then be contacted regarding your approval.
• After being approved, you will be scheduled for driver DQP (driver qualification process).
• Once you have completed DQP, you will officially be hired and go out with a driver trainer for 4 weeks. You will be paid $650 a week during this time.
• Once completed, you will then meet with a driver manager to choose a high paying position of your choosing if available. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,100 - $1,300+ per week (depending on the run that is available) Home times will vary depending on the run. (OTR, regional)
• You will also be eligible for our full benefits package at 30 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company paid life insurance, disability insurance and paid vacation.

Successful applicants will...

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must have graduated from at least 120 hour training Academy within the last 2 years. We will need a copy of your certificate of completion.
• Signed up with the Drug & Alcohol Clearing House. We can help with this if you haven't signed up yet.
• Be able to pass all dot related tests including hair or urine
• Have an excellent dmv report with no pending tickets. We need copies of any tickets in the last 3 years.
• We also need copies of any accidents you may have had in the last 5 years.
• You must be able to pass all extensive background checks.
• Have a current Class A License and DOT physical
• Be able to start within the next few weeks
